Strategic Plan

Make World Happier

Strategic plan

Midpoint’s strategic plan outlines a holistic approach to administration, fundraising, disaster preparedness and risk reduction, church and community transformation, politics and civic education, and entrepreneurship development. By implementing these initiatives, we aim to create sustainable and transformative change in the communities we serve. With a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and impact, we are confident in our ability to achieve our mission and make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and communities.

Disaster Preparedness and Risk Reduction

Midpoint recognizes the importance of disaster preparedness and risk reduction in vulnerable communities. Our strategic plan focuses on implementing disaster risk management programs, conducting training and awareness campaigns, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders. By equipping communities with the knowledge and resources to mitigate risks, we can minimize the impact of disasters and build resilience.

Church and Community Transformation

Midpoint believes in the power of faith and community to drive positive change. Our strategic plan includes partnering with local churches and community organizations to promote social development, empower individuals, and foster community cohesion. Through community engagement initiatives, mentorship programs, and capacity-building activities, we aim to create sustainable transformation at the grassroots level.

Politics and Civic Education

Engaging citizens in politics and civic education is crucial for building a strong and informed society. Midpoint's strategic plan emphasizes the importance of promoting civic awareness, encouraging citizen participation, and advocating for good governance. By empowering individuals with knowledge and skills in civic engagement, we can foster active citizenship and contribute to a more inclusive and democratic society.

Entrepreneurship Development

Midpoint recognizes the potential of entrepreneurship in driving economic growth and empowering individuals. Our strategic plan focuses on providing entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and access to capital for aspiring entrepreneurs. By nurturing entrepreneurship, we can create job opportunities, stimulate local economies, and empower individuals to become self-sufficient.
